Shipping policy

At Modifi Brands, we’re committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and in compliance with all state and federal laws.

Order Processing

• Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
  

• Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST process the next business day.
  

Shipping Methods & Rates

• Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx (chosen automatically for reliability and speed).
  

• Standard U.S. shipping: typically 3–7 business days.
  

• Expedited shipping available at checkout.
  

• Free U.S. shipping on orders $125+ (subtotal after discounts, before tax).
  

• We currently do not ship internationally.
  

Tracking

• You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships (allow 24 hours for updates).
  

Delivery Issues

• If your package is lost or damaged, contact us at info@modifibrands.com within 7 days of the carrier’s delivery scan.
  

• We are not responsible for carrier/weather delays or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
  

Shipping Restrictions by Product Line

VIBZ (THC Drinks):

Due to state laws, we cannot ship VIBZ products to the following states:
Alaska (AK), Arizona (AZ), Arkansas (AR), Colorado (CO), Connecticut (CT), Hawaii (HI), Idaho (ID), New Hampshire (NH), Nevada (NV), North Dakota (ND).

All other U.S. states are eligible for VIBZ shipments.

Modifi, Calmpanion, Beleaf:

All other products can be shipped to all 50 U.S. states.

Compliance Notes

• We reserve the right to cancel or adjust any order that violates destination-state rules.
  

• Regulations change frequently; this policy is updated as needed to remain compliant.
